Episode #20 - Finding Joy After Loss With Jessica Poche

Jessica Poche' (pronounced Poe-Shay) can be defined in one statement, "She is passionate about God and passionate about people". She is an artistic servant leader, author and entrepreneur who treasures the ability to help those in need and build healthy families, while promoting Christ.

Jessica is Founder and Director of A Widow's Fight non-profit organization, owner of "God Is Apparel", a poet, speaker, author, worship leader/songwriter, and artist helping lead people to wholeness.

Her journey in grief began 4 years ago, when her husband passed away. After the death of her husband she experienced extreme financial hardship. This hardship led to being homeless, finding a resting place on her sisters sofa until she was able to be restored. It was in this time that compassion for those who are widowed and passion for end of life planning became her focus. As she was healing in grief, she desired to help others in the same pain and anguish she experienced. In 2017, she founded A Widow's Fight organization, which exists to serve those who are widowed and children who have lost a parent.
